All our clients' claims, where insurance cover is operative, are processed and settled by insurers. However, as brokers we are the first point of contact and always encourage our clients and/or their representatives to make contact with us in the first instance. By doing so, we will advise you on your insurance policy cover and how to make a claim. From your first point of notification to full and final settlement our claims team will monitor the progress of your claim and where necessary negotiate settlement on your behalf. Such monitoring includes ensuring repairs or replacement are completed to your satisfaction and costs are recovered, where appropriate, to protect any no claims bonuses and, of course, from third parties. By taking ownership of our client's claim we are able to handle all queries or concerns, on your behalf, ensuring the claim is settled promptly and to your satisfaction.
